What We Offer
Rest Home level of care is similar to assisted living but it is designed to give more personal care and assistance to a resident. This level still offers some independence while maintaining the proper care the resident may need. Independence is encouraged daily while some assistance is offered and/or given with the following:

Med-Techs are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide and meet the needs of our residents. Nurses are also available in our facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist if their services are needed.
Skilled level of care provides 24 hour assistance for all activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, rehab services, etc. LPN’s and CNA’s are both on staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week along with a RN on duty to ensure all needs are meet for each resident. Additional care includes Peg Care, Trach Care, IV and PICC Line Care.
Rehab services provide therapy services for a short period of time or an extended stay to assist in recuperation after an illness or surgery. The purpose is to allow a resident to reach goals that will allow independent living safely. At times, it may require a different direction or approach to relearn skills necessary for independent living. Therapy services offered are Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy with programs in Vita Stim, E-Stim, and diathermy.
